A patient reported receiving an email which stated "NHS No Reply" with a standard NHS logo, but the email did no originated from a legitimate NHS Scotland email address.  This email suggests that the GP Practice is updating their register and asks patients to download an NHS E-Signature App to their mobile device, sign in with their NHS Number and to review and confirm their identity details, and submit the agreement with a digital e-signature.  Please not this is not a legitimate request.  If you receive any unexpected or unusual NHS related correspondence, the NHS Counter Fraud Services recommends that patients check with their GP Practice to confirm authenticity before providing any personal information.
